We understand that every project has a deadline, therefore we're here to take some of the stress off your shoulders. Within 24 hours of receiving your mosaic project concept design requirements, such as CAD drawings and a concept brief, we will create up to 6 design options for you to choose from. We'll offer you a mock-up of the mosaic project in as soon as 3 to 7 days after you've chosen a design. After receiving your order, we will begin making the full mosaic project. Our production time for a 1,300 square meter project is 20 days, and our delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks. The complete procedure should only take 7 to 9 weeks from the time we receive your mosaic tile design until they arrive at your door. Please be informed that the delivery timeline may change if you are not in Singapore; however, if you are in Hong Kong, you can anticipate that the shipment timeline will be within one week.
